Who We Are

COMPASS is a third-party tool for EVE Online that helps players coordinate capital ship logistics — cyno assignments, jump route planning, and fleet moves.

What Data We Collect and Why

We collect only the data necessary to provide the service. All character data comes from CCP's EVE Swagger Interface (ESI) with your explicit authorization via EVE SSO.

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Your EVE password — we use EVE SSO, never see your password
  • Email, real name, or personal information
  • Chat logs, EVE mail, contacts, or social data
  • Wallet, transactions, market data, or contracts

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

Your data is only used within COMPASS to provide the service.

Data Storage

  • ESI tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed in responses or logs
  • Each user's data is isolated
  • We store only the most recent location, not location history

Data Retention

Data is retained while your account is active. Deleting a character or account permanently removes all associated data immediately.

Cookies

We use cookies strictly for authentication. No tracking, analytics, advertising, or third-party cookies.
